Championships broadcast live!
Last year the UCI Track Cycling Masters World Championships was broadcast live to a global audience via the internet. This was the result of a unique partnership between the Championships Organising Committee and Viocorp which saw every race distributed live and on-demand on the cyclingmasters.tv portal via an on-site encoding computer. Cycling enthusiasts that did not previously have access to the event enjoyed watching the Masters via this new technology. Some of the Championship finals, received over 300 simultaneous live streams from all across the world. 180 events and over 60 hours of racing were produced and published for spectators and riders within about an hour of each race finishing. The website 
www.cyclingmasters.tv provided both entertainment and high quality content free of charge with the option for a download of a specific event at $35 each.
Due to the positive feedback the use of this technology received in 2008, the Organising Committee is again looking to partner with Viocorp for this years event to continue what we believe is the future of sport broadcasting.
